1. About us

Synn Media ("we", "us") is a social media management service operated by Synn (synnmlbb.com), Malaysia. By using our website or services you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

We collect content from sources you choose, filter it using your reject rules, format it in your chosen style and post it to destinations you connect: WhatsApp Channels and Groups (via our WhatsApp number added as admin), Telegram (via our bot or your own bot) and platforms connected through your Buffer account. Pictures, text and videos are forwarded. Videos are passed on by link or URL without editing; videos that are too large for the destination, longer than 3 minutes or of unknown size are posted as text with a link instead. We do not guarantee any level of reach, engagement or growth.

3. Your responsibilities

You must have the right to manage every channel, group and account you connect, and to republish content from the sources you choose.
You must comply with the terms of WhatsApp, Telegram, Buffer, X and any other platform involved.
You must not use the service for spam, scams, adult content, hate speech, or anything unlawful in Malaysia.
Keep your login, bot tokens and Buffer access tokens confidential.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Plans are billed monthly in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) through Stripe. Prices shown on the order page apply at checkout. The Stripe processing fee is passed on to you and shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

5. Free test

Users may send free test posts, limited to one every 5 minutes per account. We may refuse tests that appear abusive.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the service continues until then.

7. Refunds

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by Malaysian law (including the Consumer Protection Act 1999) or where we fail to provide the service due to our fault. Contact us within 7 days of a charge to request a review.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or end the service if you breach these Terms, if a platform blocks our access, or if required by law.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, content published from third-party sources, or outages of WhatsApp, Telegram, Buffer, Stripe or other third-party services. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the previous 3 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on this site before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
